Elaboration : Harvest is done vine by vine when the grapes are healthy, balanced and ripened. Once they have been treshed, grapes are fermented and macerated according to each variety. |

Elaboration : Part of the must is obtained by dynamic draining and the rest by drawing off the grape once it has been destemed and stored in barrels in order to achieve the desired fruitiness and colour. |

Variety: 100% Macabeo
Elaboration: The must is obtained by the process of draining and decanting. Yeast addition and fermentation is done at low temperatures. It is bottled after a three-month ripening into tanks. |

Variety: 40% Carinyena, 10% Garnatxa Negra, 30% Merlot, 20% Cabernet
Elaboration: Once the harvest is finished, the wholesome grapes ripened by varieties are destemed to proceed to maceration and foliage fermentation. |
