Variety: 60% Black Garnatxa and 40% Merlot
Alcohol content: 13,5 Vol

Elaboration: Originating of selected vines, the grape is harvested by hand, when healthy, it is balanced and mature. The Maceration is made separately / Fermentation to controlled temperature of the varieties.

Flavour: Color: Red dense and colored violet. Dense tears that fall slowly, denoting the maturity of the fruit. Bouquet: Excellent aromatic intensity with lots of complexity. Intense red and dark fruit aromas (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.), a floral touch of violets and roses with a delicate taste of cinnamon.

Production area: The vines are gathered under the seal of quality ‘Denominació d'Origen Empordà'. They are located on the highest part of the Ampurdan plain, on the range foot, creeping up the hills and spurs of Serra de la Baga de Ferran and the near Serra de l'Albera.
