Variety: 100 % Garnatxa Negre
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach the optimum grade of ripeness. They are macerated and smothered with a slight addition of alcohol (10 % approximately) at the beginning of fermentation.
GARNATXA RED
Variety: 100 % Garnatxa or Lledoner roja
Elaboration: The must is obtained after the processes of maceration and draining. A slight quantity of alcohol is added at the beginning of fermentation so that natural sugars remain in the wine and also to enhance the grape aromas and those provided by fermentation.
